I joined as a member of iLoveKickboxing after my first class. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and when I left I felt the desire to come back for more. Yes the classes are intensive but you are encouraged to work out at your own pace while also pushing yourself. I have been going for 7 (almost 8) weeks. I decided if I was going to make a change in exercise I was going to make a full lifestyle change. I have proudly lost 15 pounds and feeling tons of energy!! I have to thank all the ILK- Hyattsville instructors because they not only help you get the moves right, but also help you incorporate other important aspects of healthy living with their health tidbits at the end of class. Enough of my rant...if you’re considering, just go!!!
