We just wanted to write a quick thank you to Ameripro Van Lines for helping us move our family! We tried doing our own research online to get an idea of cost and what's involved. There was so much information out there we got quickly overwhelmed! At some point, we were contacted by John at Ameripro. We are so glad he called us. They provided us with helpful tools and even gave us links to help us in our research! Due to his helpful nature we ended up choosing Ameripro Van lines and we are so glad we did! The crew showed up on moving day and quickly and carefully loaded our stuff. We were nervous to get a call about it costing more, but we never did! The foreman went over all the paperwork with us before he left. A couple days later we got a call from the Mimi in the office providing us with an update on our delivery. Our delivery came in a timely manner and was in good condition. We are so glad we picked Ameripro. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a long distance mover! I was moving from Hackensack NJ, and I was doing my research from Nashville. It was a bit stressful as the deadline approached, but Ameripro was extremely up front and immediately sent me a customized quote. The day arrived and three guys pulled up to my driveway with a massive truck. The guys were the BEST! They were extremely polite and found a way to call me ma'am in almost every exchange. They wrapped all my furniture up carefully and loaded it onto the truck efficiently. They went on their merry way to Houston where they met my roommate and unloaded my things. Even my roommate loved these guys! They were courteous and took direction easily when she gave them direction. Just a small break down of how payment works. There was a deposit required, however it was refundable. I was a little nervous because I was closing on a house. The closing date changed a couple of times. When I called them, they were nice and flexible. They said it’s because I gave them enough notice. After they load your things into the truck, they take the first half of what was agreed, then collect the balance at delivery! They also included the cash tip I gave them on the invoice so now I can get reimbursed from my work, yay!

Any questions my wife or I had were answered professionally and quickly. The moving crew who came to Hasbrouck were friendly and very professional. We were advised we'd receive a call from their Dispatch Department with our delivery date. During the week of our move, there were stormy conditions due to remnants of Hurricane. We received the call with the date of delivery as we were on the road to IL. The brothers who delivered our furniture were professional and quick! They assembled all of the furniture as required. Nothing was damaged. Would recommend this company for a big long distance move!

We are more than happy to write this MUCH deserved review for a moving company that had so many wonderful employees! Deciding to relocate from our NJ home of 40 years to TX was exciting yet scary. However, from the moment my husband and I agreed on Ameripro Vanlines, we knew we chose the right company to help us move. Monica, was extraordinary (and the reason we chose this company). She was in constant contact with us…was encouraging and always made herself available to us, even when on her boat:) …that was important to us as we had lots of questions and concerns. Monica worked hard on our estimate. Her estimate was right on and less than other major carriers. On moving day we were impressed with the group of professional moving crews Monica sent. They were professional, courteous and careful loading all of our precious belongings. Joe was our outstanding professional driver, responsible for transporting our belongings cross-country. He took great care of our possessions and constantly communicated; even while being detained in rainy conditions in the mountains. The crews who unloaded and helped us place our furniture and boxes were also courteous, efficient, and careful with our belongings. During this entire process and after the move and we were settled in, Monica kept in touch and made certain we were completely satisfied.
