Our vision is to provide embodied and integrated healing that supports ALL individuals that experience trauma and attachment wounding, helping them grow into their authentic self. Heart-Sight is a trauma informed/attachment oriented practice that recognizes the impacts of oppression and intergenerational trauma. Using somatic, expressive and relational processes, I will support you to heal grow and be the change you want to see in our world.
