I dont even know what I would have done without this club. In the last 7 months I have become so much stronger physically and mentally. Fitness levels have improved a tonne and my weight is shifting. Everyone there is so lovely and welcoming. No one judges you on your abilities etc. Seriously the best, one of my favourite places to go 👌🙌💪🥊 bring on the rest of this 12 week challenge !
