It is truly an honor to be trusted, invited in, and partner with my clients on their path towards better health. My goal is to give you a space in which you can express and transmute your personal history, learn new ways on managing stress, and let go of old patterns that are no longer serving you. When choosing a therapist, it is important to consider how we might work together and how you will benefit from my specialized skill set. I use two different approaches in my practice, Art Therapy and NeurOptimal Neurofeedback. You and I will work together to identify areas of your life in which you are struggling and use one or both of these two approaches to provide you with that change you have been seeking.
