Six months and the project is not completed. A mechanics lien was put on my home (since released). Continual lack of communication with the homeowner, workers just randomly show up or no workers for days. Our home has recycled water, plans that were approved by HOA clearly stated how recycled water was handled. These instructions were not read, and Mark and Ryan DeVriend tried to convince us it was not their responsibility, this caused a two-week delay. Damaged our irrigation system, water ran down the street for days until my husband capped it off. We now have to hire someone to put in new irrigation. I wrote two letters expressing my dissatisfaction, all I got were none answers and Mark saying he was confident he would be able to restore my faith in his ability to complete my pool in a timely manner, still waiting. New colored concrete was put next to old uncolored concrete, we were never consulted if we wanted the old concrete removed. The back part of a shelf on the pool did not have the form removed, it now appears unfinished, unfortunately, you can see this when you walk around the pool. I have had to followup on many things to ensure I was being told the truth. This company is egregiously unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if I could. Check Yelp for additional reviews. In addition Google Reviews, they are not BBB Accredited and have a "F" rating because the complaints have not been responded to.
