Merit Management (Merit, Inc.) was started in 2013 by Rick Pitrowski to bring a new level of community association management to the Florida market. Rick had previously founded a Tampa area management company called Communities of America, Inc., whose reputation in the Tampa area was one of an experienced and knowledgeable team who provided extraordinary customer service to their clients.
