DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I spoke with a gentleman over messenger, provided me with a quote for 1 hour, 2 hours, and so forth. The movers show up it was not even the guy I was talking to on the phone. I was so confused when a lady answered the phone and said she was at my apartment with two guys. My daughter and I were very skeptical from the appearance of the helpers, but I did decide to go against my gut feeling to not use them. I figured they showed up on time and they were eager to work and I shouldn't judge them by their appearance and communication skills. They did help we got stuff done within an hour but it began raining very heavily and we were unable to finish. They began getting very ghetto demanding money. I spoke with her boss, " he tells me pay what I want, hung up and now they're listing is down. I also believe they stole my son's gold necklace around his urn, but I can't prove it. My daughter kept telling me Mom they're very sketchy looking, which yes they were very sketchy. My daughter says well it's what we get from Facebook just keep an eye on them. I definitely recommend to do not use these people they are not very professional I almost have to call the cops . Luckily my neighbor came home and they calm down took their money and left.

DO NOT USE this company. They're the worst company I've ever used. When I initially contacted them I received a quote to move a 7x10 storage space, which was a reasonable quote. We verified several times with them and when they showed I verified again and told them I was headed to the bank to get money to pay them. They showed up at the door hours late and then made me wait and refused to give me my possessions until they got paid. Upon paying them they removed all of my belongings from the truck, tossing most around while flipping every wardrobe box upside down. They broke my bed frame, my dish rack, both tvs, and left another piece of my bedroom furniture God knows where. Insult to injury, my dishes that are glass were busted including some glasses of my late grandmother's who were very clearly marked FRAGILE. The man who does the scheduling refused to answer my calls or texts and told me to "call the police" and afterward refused to give insurance info and told me to deal with the driver because it wasn't his responsibility. He was very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to rectify the situation. They both tried to intimidate me, being a single mother with three small children in a position where I was basically backed into the situation. The broke half of my stuff, and numerous items were missing.

Took draws out of dresser, couldn't get in. We tried numerous time and finally called the owner to be told he on vacation to call Everet who moved us and then be ghosted when asked for them to put in or repair.
