Our showerhead had started producing such weak water flow that showering had become frustrating. We cleaned it ourselves, but the pressure still wasn't right. The technician inspected the shower and checked the water supply rather than assuming the showerhead was simply clogged. He found the underlying cause and corrected the problem. Once the repair was complete, the shower had a much stronger and more consistent stream. I appreciated that he took the time to diagnose the issue properly and didn't try to sell us a replacement fixture we didn't need. He was friendly, professional, and very informative throughout the appointment.

We had been noticing slower drainage throughout the house, but the situation became much more serious when two bathrooms started backing up around the same time. We called a plumbing professional to investigate instead of continuing to treat each drain separately. The technician inspected the sewer system and explained that the problem was connected to the main sewer line. They walked us through the repair options and answered all of our questions before beginning. The crew worked efficiently and kept the area organized while completing the repair. Once everything was finished, they tested the line and several fixtures to make sure the drainage was functioning normally. The difference was obvious afterward. We haven't experienced another backup since the repair, and the drains are flowing much better. I appreciated the professional approach and clear communication throughout the entire service.
