We wanted an affordable property management company to manage our home in Howard County. RDL Property Management has always been professional, prompt with home repairs and payments and we've never had a complaint from our tenants. They've done very good work for us for several years now and are happy to give them 5 stars.

Very professional management company. Answers all of my questions. Coaches me throughout the entire process. Goes over the tenants application and background check with me before approving my tenant. Manages my property but I still have full control of my rent. The tenant deposits my rent directly into my account. Gets me quotes for repairs and I approve it first instead of making repairs and taking the cost out of my rent like most other management companies do. This company does everything the right way. I have sent them a lot of business. Some of my family and friends have used this company also.

We have used RDL Property Management as our property manager for our two rental properties since the beginning of our ownership. This has been about 5 years. They use a common sense approach that works! Sure we have had a few tenant issues, but RDL Property Management has been very helpful and fair to both landlord and tenant. And they resolved the issues immediately so we can move forward. No regrets. And hats off to Randy - one of his strong points is communication!

RDL Property Management is the place to go. These guys take care of your property like it’s their own. The property managers are amazing to work with, they are on top of all that’s needed to comply with Montgomery County requirements and all that’s required to keep your property up to date. They are the best to deal with your tenants and contractors (when needed)and you don’t nave to worry about a thing. I’ve had the best experience working with Randy. He is my property manager and the great news is he’s still overseeing the work done by other property managers who works for him. I give 5 stars out of 5 for their great business! Li Wei.
