Denver Concepts provides consultative sales to telecommunication companies, developing and executing flexible and cost-effective B2B campaigns. Denver Concepts is a consultative sales and marketing company that partners with large telecommunications companies to increase penetration in a target market through a relationship-based approach. We are experts at building trust with our clients' business class customers, and we do so through the simplest of strategies: spending time with them in person. While it's not a novel concept (actually, it's quite the old school approach!), this is a methodology that stands out in an evermore digital world. Read more here: http://denverconcepts/solutions Our clients have spent years building brand recognition and have undoubtedly succeeded. They are household names, thanks to a history of expansive advertising efforts that have spanned decades. So why do they need a partner like Denver Concepts?... The greatest challenge for our clients is converting awareness into action. In other words -- everyone already knows about their products and services, at least to a certain degree. But, this doesn't mean that consumers are either (a) happy with their products and services, or (b) choosing to purchase their products and services. The Denver Concepts staff is expertly trained to bridge this gap. Since we are sitting with these customers face to face, we are able to spend time getting to know them. We are able to find out their problems, challenges, and what makes them tick -- and then, we can craft customized solutions. We get to look them in the eye, share a laugh, hear about their families, and learn the stories behind their businesses. Think about how completely different that experience is from seeing a commercial, or even speaking with a telemarketer. This approach is a "win" across the board. Of course, the customers are happy, having received individualized attention and solutions to their problems. And that means that our clients our happy. It means that they've finally caught the attention of the consumers they've been trying to reach for years. Even better yet, these are now lifelong loyal customers. And then there's us, Denver Concepts. Why are we happy? Well, happy clients means more opportunity for our people. And as far as we're concerned, there is nothing more important than making sure that they are thriving.
