Our estate planning services include counseling and drafting of wills, living trusts, financial powers of attorney, and advance health care directives; planning for children; planning in case of incapacity; and asset protection. Whether it is drafting a new estate plan or updating a previous one, we work closely with our clients to address their individual needs and concerns. We also assist clients with administering a trust or estate after a person has died.
