I paid $1500 in advance for multiple cool sculpting treatments in November and had been very patient with Doctor Calcatti and his staff as far as scheduling the treatment. But this man is very unorganized. Never reached back out and when I reached out to the spa a response was hardly ever received. I only got one treatment and then I got ghosted. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
