Gentle relief from pain, stress, allergies, digestive issues and more. I welcome anyone who is fully committed to pursuing a holistic, more natural path to health and well-being. My practice is almost 50/50 male-female, ranging from young, busy professionals to retirees looking to stay healthy and active. I see a lot of pain conditions and will spend the time it takes to release pain and get great results. Acupuncture is also very effective at treating internal disorders like allergies and indigestion, as well as emotional stress--anything that may be holding you back from being your absolute best.I was trained in Five Element Acupuncture, which focuses on treating the whole individual from an emotional-spiritual perspective. In my practice, I combine this approach with other therapies like bodywork, gentle trigger-point needling, and herbs to provide maximum relief from physical ailments.
