We are a Hudson Valley based property management company with offices located in Hopewell Junction, Mount Kisco, and Pawling New York. Since the founding of the company in 1962, by Don McGrath Sr., McGrath has grown into a multi-faceted firm with multiple real estate service divisions, with three strategic offices throughout the Hudson Valley. McGrath Management is now run by Kevin and Ryan McGrath, second and third generations. Our other divisions include residential & commercial brokerage, commercial appraisal services, and in house legal services.
