Last year, my 87-year-old mother’s stair lift became irreparable. I won’t lie. I actually got duped 15 years back. I ended up paying hugely for an incredibly substandard product. And, I had to pay for the repairs too! So when John told me that the stairlift was now beyond repair, I was quite relieved. I requested an estimate/quote from Morning Star Lift and Elevator. To my surprise, it was just 15% costlier than the cost I paid in 2001! I jumped on the offer after analyzing the quality of the stairlift. Moreover, John contractually promised me some specific free repairs and emergency visits so I couldn’t possibly let the offer go. Morning Star Lift and Elevator’s team started working on replacing my stairlift last year in February and within a week, the job was done. It’s been more than a year and I still haven’t come across any functional or technical issues. Besides, it’s extremely convenient, looks good and operates really well. The compact design blends in with the decor really well. As opposed to the last stairlift, it doesn’t stand out and hasn’t caused us any trouble yet. I am really happy with the price I paid because I got a good deal and I’d recommend these people.

I got quotes from more than 3 companies and shortlisted 2 companies. But out of curiosity, I looked for more. I came across Morning Star Lift on Craigslist and I am very glad that I did! Everything was perfect, from beginning to the end. To be really honest, I never thought I’d need to get a residential lift installed in our apartment building but with my ailing parents, It seemed like a great idea. Like I said, I’d talked to other companies but they quoted a fortune! And, in the beginning, I wasn’t really sure what the market price for getting a residential lift installed in your own apartment building was. So, I shortlisted a couple of companies. But when I heard the quote from Morning Star Lift, I was left stunned. Not only with the price but they swept me off my feet with their service too. I had the wood in the lift reinstalled to Oak and the whole lift was personalized. The process took almost 20-25 days and it gave me the results I wanted to see. The lift looked great and was fully functional. In fact, my wheelchair ridden mother finds it fairly easy to use. The installation was flawless and smooth and I didn’t have to supervise the entire process as the team was beyond professional.

I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to handle the front porch lift work but they managed to surprise me. I had been looking for someone to handle our front porch lift work since September last year and I shortlisted five bids in Colorado. Finally, the work started and I was given a whole new list of expenses that weren’t in the initial bid. Naturally, I declined to pay and started looking for more affordable options. After months of looking, I finally came across Morning Star Lift and Elevator. The cost they quoted was all-inclusive and 10% lower than one I had agreed on earlier. They finally started the work and even arranged a cement contractor for my porch. Within 6 days, I had a new exterior wheelchair lift added to my porch! The company was in time, didn’t charge me any hidden fees during or post the installation process, were accurate and precise and I am very happy with the quality of service I received. It’s only been 3 months since the Porch lift installation and my wife is all praise for these people, thanks to the comfort. Moreover, just 30 days after the installation, we got a call and visit from one of the representatives. He left us his personal number and told us to call him immediately whenever we need his help. I am particularly happy with the service and their punctual and honest attitude. They were very professional and very thorough.
