The efficiency is without a doubt the best out there. The movers were at my place on time and moved like they were machines. They got right to work and handled everything like it was their own. I got moved into my new place the same day and the movers put all my stuff back together. In the end there were no hidden fees and they got the job done right. You should hire Mighty Movers. They will not let you down. I recently did a long distance move and at first I didn’t think they could handle it. But when they were in the middle of it, I knew I chose the right company. They took care of my daughter’s piano so nicely and professionally. They did not let anything happen to it. And along with that, all of our household items were nicely packed and delivered. I can’t thank them enough! I can only recommend them to all my friends and family.

In the very beginning I told them to provide me with a fixed price that would not change to which they happily obliged. They assured me the best possible packing and assured me all the goods would be safe guarded to its best protection. The move was also carried on time and there was no damage all. Mighty Movers is the epitome of a moving company scam. They have no trucks with their brand name and the truck they loaded our items on was not the truck that delivered our things. They quote you low and then up your price ($4,000 difference) after your things are packed and out of your home. Their US DOT 2981057 is listed as an out of service number and should not be operating. The sales associate Bill Burgess is aware that they are illegal operating. Safe your self time and lots of money and go with another company.

The quote process was simple and easy. We were informed that the estimate was binding. The week of moving (Feb 2018) the truck was delayed by a day. They showed up the following afternoon with 3 men to fully pack and load our 2000sq ft home. When half of the truck was loaded they told us we owed more money. The company said not respond to our calls They put holes in our drywall and ripped trim off walls. They did not bring enough packing supplies and used several of our personal blankets and pillows to protect our items. They stayed in the home packing and loading until the truck was full (around 2am). They left several items behind and we were forced to rent a uhaul the day prior to closing on our home to transport the remainder of our belongings. Multiple phone calls and emails after packing went unanswered. I did eventually get Caroline from customer service to call me and she said she would look into it and get this resolved. I have heard nothing since from customer service, despite multiple calls and emails.
