Comcast is not known for thier exceptional customer service. I've been looking for about thirty minutes for direct contact number to call xfinity store in Fort Gratiot Michigan with no luck. Hopefully this is it. You have an employee there by the name of Trevor. He provided me with exceptional service .Told me what I needed and also show me what I didn't. I've been in xfinity customer for over five years. Not only was he knowledgeable in very personable but he was extremely polite and easy to deal with very friendly. If all of your employees were like him you would probably lose your reputation for having one of the worst customers service agencies in the world. So please alarmate me to take this time to compliment him and off his supervisors above him to be aware of his exceptional performance. I only wish I could speak to you in person to tell you how great did he was. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews like this i'm a quick guy one star five star and that's it.
