We've had a massive water leak in our home and the plumber recommends us with MIT Services. The plumber company hired MIT Services to do the tunneling under the foundation so they could do the plumbing repair. After MIT Services finished the tunneling for the plumber, they kept on going repairing the damaged foundation. MIT Services saved us a small fortune, and a great deal of trouble. When no one else would step up to the challenge our situation presented, MIT Services did. They studied our site, brought in additional experts, and then solved the problems. We had a carport that first needed structural repairs, and then needed to be moved and placed soundly on new footings in a hard to reach location. MIT Services accomplished all that was required, and more. Their price was excellent and a very good company to work with. The work was excellent, the service and their friendly manner all excellent.

They impressed me by sending out a certified structural tech with knowledgeable and experience, first provided written details and information from the company with technique they applied then to carefully take time to measure and take elevations from the interior and exterior on the home, also spending time to explain all the plans and option available, it mean MIT Services take care business very seriously and value each customer. They treat their customers with great respect. After we got the job done. They provided all the paperwork needed for us to put the house for sale.

I found MIT Services through the reviews on another website. I had noticed cracks in our porcelain tile in our master bath and breakfast room so i purchase a foundation inspection from the website. I received a phone call that afternoon from Robert and booked an appointment for the inspection. Robert was prompt and measured the elevation in each room of our home. Then Robert provided a drawing with elevation points of each room of our home and discussed the process of leveling our home. Robert took time to answer all our questions, step by step the process of leveling the home and what we could expect during and after the leveling. The back of our home was off by 3 inches. The MIT Services’ crew showed up on-time and worked tireless for almost 6 days to level our home. They drove 30 steel piers 25 feet to the bedrock to establish a firm foundation on the outside of our home. They drove 10 steel piers 30 feet to bedrock inside our home. The MIT Services’ team is amazing to watch. They are truly a team when it comes to synchronizing the “lift” of your home. We have a pool, so they had to cut through a concrete patio, work around a pool pump with gas heater in addition to the usual sprinklers and plants. No damage to anything and all holes were filled when they completed the job. We had a couple drywall cracks to repair but that was expected with a 3 inch move of the home. As a follow up after MIT Services completed the job.

I got 3 bids, the first one it was ridiculous cheap(Too good to be true), the second one, the price it was super high and MIT Services ' price was just what we wanted to get. They did exactly what they said they were going to do within their scope of work. My brother referred me with Mit Services after I’ve had a broken pipe and a massive flooding under the slab by the kitchen. They help me with the insurance claim and after they repair the foundation they helped me with other repair around the home. I was blessed to have Mit along my side helping with the insurance adjuster. Because of them, the insurance adjuster didn’t take advantage of me. The insurance company was trying to pay just 30% of the total. Thanks to Mit I got 100% and they cover my deductible. The insurance company tried to do the same with my brother.
