I was told it was not necessary to hire an title company, but a transaction coordinator or closing agent instead.
It was my first time to have a deal with a closing company, in this case, NSC Holdings´ consultants help me comprehend how the whole process should be handled, explained me what their role was and how they would coordinate with the seller. I can say they made feel helped by a trustworthy old friend.
