I was there to get a copy for my Cherokee classic, and I got so impressed how fast and efficient they are. I was taken care by a guy immediately and he just asked me some quick questions about my car then he ask me where the car was, he went outside to my car then he came back and to make the story short the whole process took less than 25 min and my key was ready. Of course it works just like the original. Amazing place.
