I received different mailers everyday, but I decided to move forward with them because they are very direct and very professional. and unlike other companies they make sure that I go thru all the disclosures down to the fine print! That's what I call an outstanding customer service!

I never really considered getting into a debt restructuring program. I'm very conservative, make my minimum payment on time, very diligent with my finances until my son was diagnosed with Leukemia 3 years ago that it hit us really hard. Our medical insurance have to go back and fourth with us for things that needs copay and what not and things just started falling from thereon. We have to use all our credit cards, get personal loans for us to get by and make sure he follows well with his procedures and chemotherapy sessions. Life was a constant stress battling with emotional pain and the anxiety of keeping our finances afloat. I received this notification that allowed me to help me fix my current hardship and this was my last straw. We know for a fact that we won't be qualified for a loan (and we don't think its a good idea to get another stone to hit our heads on!) and Iller explained to us all the process, benefits and repercussions. I was really relieved when I signed the documents and laid out my 3 year plan and also starting our savings so as we don't need to rely on our credit cards. The whole team had been nothing but a blessing to me and my whole family.
