Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value
I drove an hour and a half to visit Posh. It is a beautiful salon but my technician was not the most professional. She did a great job painting my toes but the entire time she was on the phone with her boyfriend arguing( until she got mad and snatched her Bluetooth out and threw the phone) and she BURNED ME with the paraffin wax. Also, I informed her that I wanted a design and she responses "Okay" as if she could do it. When it came time to do it, Then it turned into "I don't do nail art" and pretty much told me that I'd have to wait 30 or more minutes just to get ONE design on my toe. Mind you, I've been here close to 3 hours! So after the lady tells me that It would be 30 or so minutes for my design, I get up and go straight to the counter. I was fed up at this point bc I drove a long ways to come to the salon, I wasn't informed that my given technician could not perform all services asked, and the fact that I had to wait 30+ minutes for 1 nail design when I was never given a choice or informed was beyond me. I paid for my service and asked for a manager to let them know I was not satisfied. I informed the manager that no one told me that I wouldn't be able to get all services asked for and that it was crazy for me to have to wait for 30+ minutes for one nail design, My technician wasn't professional and argued on the phone the entire time, and that she BURNED ME with the wax. The manager showed zero concern for what I had said. She pretty much just stood there, said okay, and made excuses. Needless to say, I won't be returning nor recommending anyone to visit Posh.
