They did a TERRIBLE job on building my "Park Model". They left things out I paid for. They mismatched my siding, left out 2 windows in front, put a pocket door in the wrong way which compromised the staircase and left me without a door on my bedroom. The whole unit had to be re-wired as it was not up to NC standards and GFI were tripping and Breakers were breaking. AES, Maria Cortes, said I would be reimbursed the electricians bill and offered me $2500 for repairs. I have not seen a cent of it since Oct 2019. I have paid $$ to have the loft/stairs repaired and new a door put on my bedroom. I contacted the Attorney Generals Office and plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. I now have an attorney to help me.
