TERRIBLE Customer service and sub-par quality products. I used this business as they had inexpensive step stakes and good volume discounts for yard signs but their communication is poor, information on their website inaccurate and unwillingness to reasonably resolve problems created multiple frustrating situations and recently put me in a tight spot with my customer. I would have overlooked the first couple mistakes they made had I not been spoken to SO RUDELY by the "owner" Jeff. His treatment of the situation is the exact reason we will not spend one more penny with Yard Sign Ninjas. He solely is to blame for poor communication, poor products, and frustrating situations and I would STEER CLEAR if I were you. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Most recent Order Issues: 1. Called Tuesday to confirm they could meet deadline and it was recommended I order "next day" production for $355 extra. I did. 2. Was told my order would ship by Friday with "next day" production. 3. Did not ship Friday. 4. Was told it would be shipping Monday. Did not ship Monday. 5. Tuesday- was spoken to extremely rudely by the "owner" Jeff and was hung up on twice. Refused to resolve the situation any way other than refunding my $355 paid for "next day" production. Would not ship items faster. Would not even listen to me and TOLD ME how it was going to happen. Which was nothing but a refund. 6. Did not refund my $355 but provided an in store credit and refused the request to refund it. 7. All my items arrived late (Thursday and not Tuesday) as well as loosly wrapped in plastic on a pallett which was never the case with a past order. So I had 500 Signs and 600 step stakes to deliver as they DO NOT communicate well or provide solutions to problems they create. 8. Will NEVER work with this "business" again.
