BGLH Marketplace’s premium whipped butters, lotions and African black soap bars keep hair and skin glowing, healthy and nourished. The BGLH Marketplace story begins with founder and owner Leila Noelliste’s vision of bringing shea, mango, and cocoa butters to the forefront of the beauty industry. After discovering their extensive health and beauty benefits for both skin and hair she began crafting premium, all-natural body butters with these ingredients. In July 2017 BGLH Marketplace cemented itself as a go-to resource for skin and hair care products with the opening of its flagship store in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. Aptly dubbed an “ice cream shop for the body”, the store features whipped butters handmade in small batches, each made with completely natural ingredients — no synthetic chemicals added — and infused with fragrant essential oils to give a wide variety of scents. High-quality, clean and safe products are always a top priority and everything is prepared and packaged right in store. Shop and enjoy the entire product offering confidently, knowing that everything has been developed and handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
