Shady staff. They don't do thorough background checks and ignore and send threatening messages to parents' warnings about a drug user/addict employee Hannah Jones who uses drugs weekly and makes posts about it on all of her social media accounts. In fact, for damage control, all they do is warn the employee what parents have told the staff about her so Hannah changes her URL that show her in photos doing drugs when underage and all her underage drinking photos. They keep her hired on because they only care about money, not the children or the parents.
