Awful experience. Kept asking for money to help out and would disappear and now has informed us he will not be finishing the job despite being paid 90% and leaving it 50% done...which might also have to get redone since he knows nothing of permits or city restrictions. Currently in process of taking to small claims court to get at least some of our money back so our house can be put back together. STAY AWAY. Awful business.
