I was called to come pick up my pup from UPTOWN Pup and when I arrived there was another lady waiting and no employees. We both continued to wait with dogs barking everywhere, cats running around and still no employees. Finally we see The groomer bring in a dog and start grooming while having a conversation on the phone about someone's Facebook. Never acknowledging the 3 people waiting for their dogs. After an additional 5 mins of being ignored I ask for help to the response of "excuse me". Like I interrupted her conversation. I'm done with this place and the rude owner. Obviously the care for our pups is secondary to her social life. They never did a good job on the cut any way they were just cheap. But you get what you pay for.
