Today I had the honor of meeting Joby the owner and operator of Semper Fi Well & Pump Services. The Saturday before last I was getting ready to finish up with a busy weekend and then off to beautiful Puerto Rico. Earlier Saturday, we were experiencing problems with the water back up. With a call to Semper Fi and the quick response it was on its way to being fixed, so I thought. I left my wife, to wait on Joby as the day must go on. I then proceeded to do my volunteer work at East Stroudsburg Wesleyan Church. My wife calls with news, we need to replace a 30 year grinder pump at a cost in which we were not in any way prepared to pay. Thanks to God we were able to start saving up for a rainy day. Lol. Well it rained hard when my wife told me the price of a replacement pump. I told her to proceed with the repair as it was one of those things that happens. An hour later, I get a phone call payment would not go through and we could not contact the bank being it Saturday just after noon time. Joby, without hesitation, told me over the phone to calm down that we would work it out with the bank on Monday. Sure enough Monday I fly early that morning to Puerto Rico only to find that the car rental company had doubled my price for the rental and added a deposit because the card that I was using was my bank card and not a credit card. In my panic, I had to use a third of the money owed to Joby for the pump. I called him with the thought that he would flip out and I would have to make arrangements for payment. When I contacted Joby he could hear the stress i was experiencing. Wth the explanation of the situation, he proceeded to tell me that partial payment was exceptable and final payment was to be payed when my funds reach my account. Like I said the pleasure was all mine in my dealings with Semper Fi Well & Pump Services. They where nothing but professional, polite and understanding and a help in a moment when all could have been worsening for me by the demand for payment and lack of money for my vacation. Once again thank you Semper Fi Well & Pump Services / Joby. Great service, fast and reliable. Also thank you for your military service...Oorah. God Bless
