This will be a long story but I will include a summary at the bottom. IGC lacks communication to customers and between production and sales and lacks quality work and integrity to follow-up on their guarantees. I signed a contract in November of 2018 for the replacement of 4-2'x8' roof panels, 4-2'x'4' window units with 2 awning casement windows, and for them to repair the flashing and roofing where the windows meet the roof. I paid 50% while being told that it would be used to order the parts prior to install. I did not expect them to start install until spring as it got colder, but I did not hear from them until I reached out in late July 2019 to ask progress, it was then I was told that they hadn't ordered anything yet and needed to remeasure the windows. They apologized and told me they would rush it. I got a date for late August for install of the windows they ordered. My partner stayed home for the work to be done and they no call no showed, this happened 3-4 times in the next week or so until I called angry that this was happening. They again apologized and said they would take 10% off for the inconvenience, they were out soon after (mid September) and completed the work in little time, however 2 days later it rained and the room was drenched in water (walls burst from water penetration and floor had puddles everywhere). We established that we should not have anything in the room besides towels and buckets until the leaking stopped. They came out a little later and put caulk around one window and said that if it continues they may have to redo the flashing. It started leaking again a few days later and someone was supposed to come out again, however they dragged their feet and it became too cold for work to be done around mid October. Fast forward to April and My partner starts to use the Room as an office due to COVID, only on days that it wasn't raining, and we see that they installed the wrong(cheaper - Double hung vs Awning casement) windows for the awning window replacement. I have to reach out to them again for a day to come out and Bring up the windows, I got a reply about contacting production but never hear anything. I have been sending emails strictly to know if they can still help me due to their 5 year workmanship guarantee, but I have been ghosted since I mentioned the wrong windows installed. Summary: Communication is atrocious (no call no shows, not responding to calls/texts on day work is to be done), installed cheaper windows than what was promised, did not follow up on 5-year workmanship guarantee, and completely ghosted me after mentioning that I am still having problems 2 years later. I implore you to stay away from this company, and if you have already signed a contract; that you email, text, and call constantly if you want anything done.
