16 hours ago This appliance company is HORRIBLE! We waited a week for them to come to the house to fix our washer. He showed up, said he fixed it, while leaving he said if anything happens they have a 30 day guarantee and to just call him. The washer broke within 30 minutes of him leaving! We attempted for 3 days to call him back to schedule and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I then sent him an email and apparently he gets the voicemail and emails and is chosing not to return our calls because he told American home shield that our email was rude and he won't come back (I've attached the email for clarity ( Buyer Beware) this company is horrible and doesn't stand by their work.
