Justin was paid in full and did SOME great work. Our carpenter fell behind schedule and did not get the house sealed up (siding and roof) by the expected time. Justin installed sensitive equipment anyway. When it rained and the unsealed house leaked, Justin screamed at our carpenter and then at us (his customers.) He claimed thousands of dollars worth of items were unusable but refused to test them. He insisted he needed more money (15k) from us to finish the job despite our contract, and he claimed we would need to sue the carpenter. We calmly asked for everyone's insurance who had been on the job site so that we could contact the companies and let them decide who was at fault IF the equipment was even damaged. He completely ghosted after that. We never heard from him again after asking for his insurance information. Not only did he disappear on us, but he was incredibly disrespectful. Obviously we wanted our house to be sealed up. I'm not sure why he thought screaming at my mother was the answer. If the equipment couldn't get wet, why would you knowingly install it in an unsealed home? After months of trying to contact providers, we finally got someone to actually test the equipment (which really didn't even get that wet,) and it all tested completely fine. My guess is that he wanted to replace it and still profit off the "damaged" equipment on another job. Steer clear of this business. There a temper tantrum about over a preventable issue, threw blame in every direction but his own, and refused to be part of the solution. He seemed great but he was a VERY expensive mistake.
