London Glass & Mirrors should not be in business, period. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their quote for a glass shower enclosure was competitive however the installation and service from London Glass has been a nightmare. Some of the problems we experienced: Our shower was supposed to be "frameless" and was installed with a frame on one side. The unskilled installers got silicone everywhere and scratched the glass trying to adjust the door (and the door still does not fit properly). Rubber door gaskets don't fit and keep falling off. Although London Glass offers a 5 year guarantee, service calls go unanswered and they have a revolving door or employees so every time we call, we have to repeat our request for service and nobody ever calls back. Our issues were allegedly escalated to the owner, Eddie Sampaio, but he has not bothered to return any of our calls to correct these issues. Bottom line, avoid doing business with this company!!
