Don't purchase from these people. Purchase from authorized dealers. They shipped my pool ladder without any bumpers or necessary hardware, and will not send me the missing parts. They said to contact manufacturer, but since they are not an authorized dealer, they cannot ship replacement parts. So, now I have to purchase the parts separately, that I have already paid these people for.
