Your driver got on the highway 198 west and just stopped. Almost causing a crash. He took Hanford exit license plate 70021S3. He was on the phone, so of course he wasn't paying attention. Then continue to drive 30 mph on the highway. Debated calling the police and reporting his dangerous driving. This all happened in your company truck.
