I had a few issues with my order when I placed on from their website. I expressed my frustration towards this issue in an email I sent to them to which they responded that I had "attitude". Following that I called them up. Spoke in the most polite way possible to explain my issue. I was then verbally insulted on the phone by them and later I was hung up on. I just wanted to share this to show how unprofessional they were in handling my order. I would recommend not ordering from them.

Placed an order on 4/25. Had to open a Paypal case due to no communication on status. Only then did Oasas reply, stating they replied to my email attempts a couple days prior. It's possible that email was caught in my spam filter but was unable to locate anything from them. It's now day 18 and they would not ship my order until I closed the case, which is against Paypal policy and would end any buyer protection. I had to escalate the claim for a Paypal refund today as Oasas stopped responding.
