Extremely unprofessional. Long story short when I arrived she said she couldn’t use my hair but never stated that on her site which I showed her to her face so I had to drive all the way back to the store to exchange. After she started my hair she asks me do I have beads for my hairstyle before booking she never stated I had to bring them and gave me attitude because she didn’t communicate. Later now she asks one of her friends to pick up beads and tells them over the phone it was her fault. The beads arrive and I’m thinking everything is fine. After she’s done she wants to tell me it’s gonna be 20 extra for the beads even tho the original price was already had extra added. If a situation is your fault why are you making me pay for it? It’s your fault. Also the braids were so tight I had to take them out the next day so a waste of 155$ and I’m not tender headed.
