Beware this company is now called. Precise Flooring LLC. My father, a General Contractor (in Florida) and architect (in Ecuador) with over 50 years of experience, had a terrible experience with Jorge Diaz's company, Precise Flooring LLC. My family hired this company to install porcelain tiles in Miami. Mr. Diaz subcontracted his work to individuals that appeared not to be licensed. Mr. Diaz went to our property only twice, at the start and the end; he never went throughout the project to check or anything. Most days, he sent only one worker who didn't even have enough time to remove the debris from the day's work. His measures of the work needed contradicted ours, and when asked to double-check with us, he declined. We often raised our concerns with him; he always had excuses and even threatened to withdraw the workers, although he got paid in full. His workers even contacted us once, saying that they were owed money by Mr. Diaz. On the last day of work, he threatened to file a lien on our property even though he was paid all fees. Furthermore, his license was expire during the last inspection having to reschedule it until he paid the renewal fees. To make things worse, his workers broke the glass on our sliding door, and his company owes us over $5,000. In my opinion, he runs his business with no professionalism or customer service; I do not recommend him to anyone. Currently, we are seeking legal remedies to solve this situation, not limited to going to court.
