I wish his company was apart of the BBB, because I would file a complaint against the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, after wasting over $10,000 in each bathroom to find out that he could not even use a level properly. This leading to having structure failure in both bathrooms. His way of making right was to put support under already saggy bathtub, but also not telling you about adding support to a mortar bed because beams couldn’t handle the weight. It’s not about helping improve your home but about what he can get out of home owner.
