We received our taxes back after Sandy prepared them and she had marked that I, the spouse was blind. I immediately called, which was 10 minutes before closing and got no answer, I left a message to call back. I didn't receive a call the next day, so I called back and was rudely told by Sandy she would look into it and call back. It has now been 6 weeks later and I have yet to hear back from Sandy. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, especially for the price you pay.
