They are horrible. They messed my hair up so bad. I called to complain they offered a refund. When we got there they tried to say they didn’t do that hair cut and they would never le me walk out that way. But they did. They were rude and will not take any type of responsibility. Pretty much telling me I’m lying when I know exactly who cut my hair and know his whole story. I had to leave and get it fixed my a professional. Sundance isn’t professional in any type of way. Horrible business.
