Peter Hull
Not a complete evaluation, but a Complete Waste Of Money. Dr. Wooten ignored the stacks of documentation I submitted, did not interview or include the list of references I asked him too, and based his report solely on non-validated discussions. Then his report was so vague that it was useless to the court system. Save yourself the outrageous $8000 and find someone that will write an honest report.
