Israel Medina will do a very poor job, take your money and run. The guy lacks honesty like we have never encountered in 25 years of hiring people to work on our houses. He seems like a nice guy at first, so after you fall for it, He will take advantage. His workmanship is bad and He promises to come back to fix it, but in the meantime He asks for full payment telling you that he really needs to pay his people, please be nice, he says, and I was so stupid to believe He was going to be true to his word. Then I googled him and found many bad reviews, and every story was exactly As ours. Save yourself a huge headache.
