I would give this -0 Star Rating if I could. But given it won't let me proceed without at least 1 Star, I digress. COLA folks, stay away from Boyd Air Quality. Their staff told our home warranty company that we had a pre-existing leak in our HVAC unit. Interestingly enough - my husband nor I are HVAC professionals, nor do we know how to or have the equipment to test for a leak within a coil. Not to mention - where is it even located at? It's interesting that a local non-network contractor looked at our system and made no mention of a pre-existing leak yet we have to go in-network because the home warranty company didn't want to cover the non-network fees and all of a sudden pre-existing? Shame on this company and the warranty company as well.
