John Ruff with Ruff Environmental Group Services (REGS) is a pleasure to work with. He was an instrumental part of a soil remediation project we completed for the US Air Force. His extensive knowledge of contaminated soils, testing procedures, profiling and regulatory requirements was crucial to the overall success of the project.
