FIVE STARS!!! Baldwin Locksmith Store deserves nothing less! After a lockout spelled disaster at my office, David arrived promptly to bring the situation under control. Access was regained within 15 minutes. I owe it to David for rushing to my place at such short notice. I would have lost a lot of business that day, if it weren’t for him. Highly-recommend! Services didn’t come off as expensive as some of the other locksmiths in Middlefield. In fact, I only paid up half of what others would have charged me for a lock and handleset installation. Smith was extremely polite, and clearly explained the various options before I made my pick. I won’t have to think twice before calling Smith and the other locksmiths from Baldwin Locksmith Store. They’re simply amazing and are no doubt the best in the entire Middlefield area. Saved up their number 860-365-2119 in case I need their services again!

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Baldwin Locksmith Store. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Baldwin Locksmith Store! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Baldwin Locksmith Store has redefined the levels of customer service. I took the time to check out their website https://www.Middlefield.Baldwin-Locksmith-Store.com later – and found that they do much more than key cutting. Definitely calling them again!!! The BEST in Middlefield, CT!!
