First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Town Center Locksmith Shop was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Liberty that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. Odd as it may seem, I wasn’t even on the lookout for locksmith services when I stumbled across this mobile van from Town Center Locksmith Shop. I needed a copy for my transponder car keys and asked if the technician could make it. He offered to make it then and there, within 30 minutes at a price that was less than half of what the dealership would otherwise charge. Amazed, I gave him the go-ahead and he got started. I had my locks changed only last week with new ones and I wasn’t exactly in dire need of services from a locksmith at that moment. But I decided to test out all the hype surrounding Town Center Locksmith Shop! My aunt recommended them, the neighbor recommended them and the people on the web seemed to have nothing but good stuff to say about these guys. I called them up to review my property, the new locks and determine if my security setup was robust enough to keep out any potential intruders. Turns out, it wasn’t, according to Eric from Town Center Locksmith Shop. To prove his point, he dismantled the new lock installed only last week. To my utter disbelief, the lock on the outside looked all shiny and new, but the inside was made of pure plastic. Eric said it was common for locksmiths to scam people this way and get them to replace locks with expensive ones, only to replace it with cheap, poor-quality locks. That’s a lesson I’d learnt that day!!! I scheduled an appointment the following weekend and had those cheap locks replaced right away. It didn’t even cost me half of what it cost me earlier… Town Center Locksmith Shop is definitely worthy of every bit of praise heaped upon it! The best in Liberty, undeniably!!! I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock.
