The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Millstone Township, NJ 08510. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Expert Locksmith Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. Apparently, they offered 24 hour service at zero added charges. I worked odd shifts, and the only time I’m at home is after 11 pm. Joe was very understanding and he instantly agreed to get there at my time of convenience. The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Expert Locksmith Store to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric.
