Brian is excellent! I have used him multiple times and would not hesitate to use him again. Timely, knowledgeable, professional, and affordable!!! Came out when he said he would, diagnosed issues, did not charge anything until after work was completed 100% to my satisfaction, and during system check out he found one more issue he did not charge me for return trip to install new part needed to fix everything and get my grill fully functional like new again. I highly recommend Brian & DFW Grill Services.

Terrible follow up. Do not use this company. Multiple emails, text, phone calls. After 3 weeks, and alot of wasted time Brian finally said he was not servicing grills anymore. Brian was a referral from someone else, and I could not be more disappointed. So unfortunate, but not worth the time, and energy.

We had Bryan come to our house fir repair of a grill. We paid him $229 and he never came back. He had ignored repeated attempts to contact him by phone or email. We were willing to negotiate the cost of coming to our house but no response. Very poor business practices. I am still waiting for him to respond and will update if he does.
